William J. Allen was an Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 54 from March 2001 to 2010.
Prior to joining Troop 54, Mr. Allen was a den leader in Pack 91 (1996-2001).
His sons, Zachary W. Allen and Matthew J. Allen, were youth members of Pack 91 and Troop 54. Matthew attained the rank of Eagle Scout in November 2009.
Professionally, Mr. Allen is a telecommunications engineering with Verizon.
