Saturday, January 3 - ICE STORM IMPACT - Event Details Updated Troop 54 will travel to Nashua, NH for indoor skydiving at SkyVenture New Hampshire. Experience the freedom of flight in their vertical wind tunnel. We must arrive at SkyVenture by 10:15 AM for the pre-flight instruction. Our flight tme is 11:00 AM. Following the skydiving, we will drive to Nobscot Scout Reservation in Framingham/Sudbury, MA, for a night of cabin camping. We have reserved their Pondview building, which includes a wood stove, fireplace and electricity. The registration fee is $55/person (Scouts and adults) which includes $43 for the skydiving. Share of the food cost is extra. Last registration was November 25, but add-ons may be possible, depending on SkyVenture's bookings. Permission Slip - all youth participants. All skydiving participants will be required to sign a release provided by SkyVenture. Any youth attending without a parent should bring a completed copy of this form (available on their website). Use our Backwoods Camping List to make sure you don't forget anything. |
