Forms

A few of the forms we sometimes use:

• Camping List - Scouts should use this to ensure they do not forget any of the basics.
• Campout Meal Planner - Patrols use this before each camping adventure.
• Local Tour Permit - Leaders in the troop prepare and file this form for out-of-council trips.
• Tour Permit Information - Potential drivers on future trips should submit vehicle and driver information to the Scoutmaster. This information is needed for the tour permit we file in advance with the Mohegan Council.
• Uniform Inspection Sheet
• Medical Record (replaces previos Class 1/2 and Class 3 forms)
• CORI Form - Each adult leader and any parent attending overnight events needs to submit this form each year.
