Regional Events

We have some periodic events in the area.

• Big MOE - The Massachusetts Outdoor Exposition offers exposure to many outdoor skills, such as fishing and animal identification. The next show is September 28, 2008 in Sturbridge, MA (about half an hour from Worcester, MA).
• New England Air Show - Presented at Westover Air Reserve Base in Chicopee, MA (just under one hour from Worcester, MA). The last show was in August 2004; the next show is September 6-7, 2008.
• The Big E - The Eastern States Exposition runs the this fair, which it touts as "the largest fair in the northeast", in West Spingfield, MA (approximately one hour from Worcester, MA).
• Veterinary Open House - Cummings School of Veterinary medicine at Tufts University in West Grafton, MA (approximately 20 minutes from Worcester, MA). This is an annual event, next scheduled on September 6, 2008.
