City Council

Troop 54 visited City Council as part of work toward Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge. Mayor Joseph O'Brien gave us a tour of the council chamber and the mayor's office, along with some history. We heard a spirited debate on how to use funds from the then pending sale of the Worcester Airport to MassPort.
