Treasure Valley

Pack 54 will participate in The Event at Treasure Valley. The Event is described as a cross between a council camporee and the Scout Show we had a couple of years ago. There will be stations to visit and activities to do.

The Pack will have to decide whether we are cooking meals or purchasing them at Treasure Valley (if that is still available).

We will camp with Boy Scout Troop 54. This will be their 46th consecutive month with at least one overnight camping event.

Registration:

  • Permission Slip - Each participating Scout must submit this to the Cubmaster before the event.
  • CORI - Adults staying overnight must have submitted CORI to the Mohegan Council within the last year. If you need this, please submit it to the Cubmaster by October 11.
  • Registration Fee
      - Camping Overnight (Scouts or Adults): $11
      - Saturday Day Only (Scouts or Adults): $10

Travel There:

Meet at the Epworth United Methodist Church parking lot at 6:30 PM Friday for departure by 6:45 PM.

Travel from the church to the Treasure Valley is about 30 minutes.

Estimated return to the church is 10:30 AM Sunday. We will not be able to enter the church at this time.

Participants arriving on Saturday should drive directly to Treasure Valley. Registration starts at 8:00 AM, and the day program activities are expected to run 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
